The Budget of an Event consists of: Event type, duration, amount of participants
- Management costs
- Event type, concept, methodology, ideas, script
- Coach, referee etc. personnel pay
- Transportation, communication, residence costs
- Economic costs
- Event Place - territory, tents, sports fields, conference halls, hardware and equipment
- Overnight stay
- Catering
- Technical support - main and extra (additional or luxus demands)
- Participant transportation
We’ll compose a cost estimate for Your Event if You’ll send us the following:
- Event type
- Approximate duration of the Event
- Preferable time and duration of the Event / workdays or holidays
- Preferable place – your selected or our recommended
- Catering frequency and requirements
- Transportation necessity
- Insurance necessity
- Medical aid necessity – usually for big Events only
- Security Guard necessity - usually for big Events only
- Specific facts and requirements – anything that is important and should be taken into account
